yeah, i think it was preuw (popularloner) who told me that the series was really living up to its being a "period piece" because of the use of "deep chinese"

Moment in Peking havent released in US tv.Tai Seng Entertainment release the tv drama's US version VCD(chinese subtittle) & DVD(Chinese/English Subtittle).

I love the series!
Zhao Wei is the best chinese tv actress I ever seen!

Moment in Peking is deep and profound.It shows lots of problems about relationship,love,family and nation honor. Zhao Wei is amazing.I always regard her as one of best Chinese actresses,but she have a huge transformation in the drama.Before I watching Moment in Peking,I never image she can play a perfect women,her acting became deeper and mature. Yao Mulan will be a classic role in her career. Except Zhao Wei,Chen Baoguo,Pan Hong and Wang Gang,the others is just so so.Pan Yueming and Hu Ke wast their role,their performance is comic and out of control. Music and cinematography is good. Moment in Peking is director Zhang Zien's best tvseries except Liu Luoguo.
