CRI Exclusive by Shen Min - Chinese star Vicky Zhao will shift from the mild girl looks in her latest popular TV drama "Moment in Peking" to an action star for the first time in her acting career.




The singer and actress will fight against the international famed Chinese action big name Jet Li in the adaption of the three-D wrestle game "Tekken "¡¶ÌúÈ­¡·.

Directed by Charles Stone the action film is about a powerful boy who takes part in a boxing competition and found a big complot, which would change the world.

Vicky Zhao will play the talented Chinese origin girl while Jet Li will act as the boxer

:-/I found it several days ago.I told 8787's adimn.We think that we should keep quiet until the official information come out.(Because Vicki have a exam in Nov,26.)
But a chinese newspaper reported it the day before yesterday.
Then lots of chinese media reported it.

you're right, fans shouldnt expect too much since much of the news is unconfirmed..... besides, i heard that jet li is retiring from roles that will require him to do too much action stunts.... but it'd be super cool though if it really pushes through..... i 've reas somewhere that wei will play xiao yu.... not my fave character in the game, but what the heck!

as a fan, this project is just too good to be true..... i would love to see wei kick a$$ again like in so close but this project is so doubtful.... there are lots of contradicting articles that all fans can do is hope that it pushes through
