Wei won this award in 1999.celebrated bi-annually.one year is golden eagle awards the next year is feitian awards. CCTV's heavyweight TV series last year, "Moment in Peking,"starring China's most popular actress Vicky Zhao, beat the 30-episode TV drama "Bright Sword" to win the Best Rating Award. Other TV plays in the top 50 list also included "The Emperor of Han Dynasty," "Ren Changxia,"and "The Judge of the Song Dynasty". A grand award ceremony will be held on June 6 to unveil the other categories of awards, including Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress and Drama of the Year.
